There is now a moon calendar on the events calendar - look below the Events Legend in the right column. You can choose the year and it will give you the list of all the full moon dates for the year. The date may not be exact due to time zones, but will be near enough to work out the best weekends.
There is also a display of the current moon phase on the home page and the Events page.
